Meals on Wheels Port Colborne Inc. partners with our volunteers to promote healthy, independent living through home delivery of nutritious meals services and personal contact for those at nutritional risk due to age, living with a physical or cognitive disability, convalescing from illness or surgery and their caregivers.

Our staff serve the communities of Port Colborne and Wainfleet with the assistance of some very dedicated volunteers.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
OUR HISTORY
Meals on Wheels Port Colborne began in November 1969 at Northland Manor. Meals were delivered three times a week to 13 clients who paid $0.65 per meal.
FUNDERS AND SUPPORTERS
Funding for our meal programs is provided by the Ministry of Health, the United Way of Niagara, and through public donations and fundraising.

Kim Beauparlant
I first joined Meals on Wheels in 2011 as the Program Manager where I built relationships with volunteers, clients, and their families for 10 years.
Leslie Kennedy
I have had a long and heartfelt connection to Meals on Wheels, having previously served as Executive Director for 20+ years before retiring from the role.
Fran Semley
My name is Fran Semley and have been retired from teaching for 10 years. I taught mainly kindergarten at Holy Name in Welland for 26 years.
Michelle Tingey
Previously served on boards with the Wainfleet public library, Norfolk Arts Centre and a private Condo Corp.
Kristie Bates-Cowell
My name is Kristie Bates-Cowell. I am a home care PSW in the Port Colborne area.
